As longer-term business travelers, we found the facilities at the hotel to be excellent. The rooms were nice and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The outdoor pool, although limited in its opening hours, was a great feature to relax and unwind. The proximity to our organization's office, with quick and easy access by car, was extremely convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant served very good food. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and received complimentary Egyptian sweets. The hotel manager was also very kind and attentive, checking in on us frequently. Additionally, the location near the airport was advantageous for our late arrivals and early departures. The breakfast provided was delicious and they even packed us breakfast for our early departure.
We felt very comfortable during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.
